Uganda Farm to Shipment

Every lot traced. Every stage owned.

Agronova Origin sources, aggregates, and exports specialty-grade green coffee from Uganda's high-altitude microclimates — controlling the supply chain from soil to container, with no intermediaries between our farms and your roastery.

Green coffee export · Direct trade partnerships · Agricultural extension

Farm management and international trade — one operation.

Most exporters buy from middlemen who bought from other middlemen. We manage outgrower networks, run agricultural extension on the ground, and handle export logistics ourselves — so every shipment carries a verifiable chain of custody back to a specific farm and elevation.

That structure isn't a marketing claim. It's why a roaster can request lot-specific documentation and receive it — because we generated it at the source.

Green bean aggregation and direct export

Plantation development and outgrower support

Traceable lots from verified elevations

We manage farm infrastructure, train outgrower partners in soil and crop practice, and run agricultural extension — because consistent cup quality is built in the ground, not at the warehouse.

Every shipment is traceable to a specific farm, harvest window, and altitude band. We provide cupping sessions by appointment and full documentation for buyers who need to verify before committing to volume.

Lot-specific green bean sourcing, international logistics, and direct trade partnerships — from cupping sample to full container, with export documentation at every stage.

Ready to source directly from the farm?

We work with roasters and importers who want a verified relationship with their origin — not a broker's assurance. Request a sample lot and receive full traceability documentation with your shipment.
