Every lot traced. Every stage owned.
Agronova aggregates, grades, and ships lot-separated green beans from Uganda's highland farms direct to your roastery—no intermediaries, full documentation, containers on schedule.
Three pillars of the commercial offer
Aggregation & Traceability
Direct Trade Partnerships
Export Logistics & Compliance
Lot-separated green beans sourced from named farms and micro-regions. Every shipment ships with full farm-to-port documentation—grade sheets, processing method, harvest date, elevation.
Named-lot access secured across harvest cycles. Roasters lock in specific profiles and volumes without re-sourcing each season—no brokers, no substitution without approval.
End-to-end export management: phytosanitary certificates, ICO documentation, container booking, and port clearance handled in-house. Buyers receive containers on the agreed schedule.
Cherry or parchment received directly from outgrower partners and Agronova-managed farms. Lot identity is assigned at intake and maintained through every subsequent stage.
Wet or natural processing at Agronova facilities. Green beans are hulled, sorted by screen size and density, and graded against Uganda Coffee Development Authority standards.
How a lot moves from farm to port
Every stage is managed by Agronova staff—no hand-off to third parties until the container is sealed and the documents are signed.
Every lot is cupped by Agronova's licensed Q-grader before release. Buyers may attend cupping sessions by appointment or receive scored sample sets before committing to volume.
Approved lots are bagged, containerised, and cleared through Mombasa or Dar es Salaam. Full export documentation—including ICO certificates and phytosanitary clearance—is issued with each shipment.
