One operation. Farm to export container.

Agronova Origin Limited owns both sides of the supply chain the farms that grow the coffee and the trade infrastructure that moves it to roasters worldwide.

Uganda's geography is our credential

Agronova was established in Uganda precisely because the equatorial highlands high altitude, volcanic soil, distinct wet seasons produce cup profiles that international buyers cannot source elsewhere.

We operate to international quality standards not to satisfy a certification checklist, but because our buyers' reputations depend on lot-to-lot consistency. That discipline begins at the farm, not the warehouse.

Agricultural extension as quality mechanism

Vertical Integration

Our field agronomists work directly with outgrower farmers — improving soil health, harvest timing, and post-harvest handling. Better farming economics produce better coffee, and that relationship is exclusive to Agronova.

One counterparty. Every stage accountable.

Aggregation, traceability, and direct trade

We aggregate lot-specific green beans across our farm network, maintain full traceability records, and manage export documentation directly — giving buyers a single, transparent counterparty from procurement through to port.

Ready to verify the supply chain yourself?

Cupping sessions are available by appointment. Export documentation and lot traceability records are provided on request for qualified buyers.
